ARMS FOR CHINA PROHIBITED.
London, July 22.
The Powers have' agreed to a proposal by M. Delcasse, the French Wniste. for Foreign Affairs, to prohibit the exportation of arms to China. A Bill has been introduced in the House of Lords to enable the Government to prohibit the export of arms.
