THE FLAGSHIP.
[BT telegraph-.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday, The flagship Royal Arthur is to sail for Picton and Westport roadstead tomorrow morning. She will not call at Akaroa, Lyttelton, or Port Chalmers during her present visit to those waters. The flagship is due back 'in Wellington early next month, and after a few days in port, will go on to Sydney.
