THE FIRE IN THE CARDIFF COAL MINE
[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION ] Wellington, Saturday. Messrs. Shore (of Kaitangata), Allison (of Greymouth), and Foster (of Denniston), have been appointed by the Government to proceed to Westport and report on the best means of extinguishing the fire in the Cardiff coal mine.
