1 W ' By Telegraph.—Press Association.-Oopjjigbt. London, May 9. Sir Richard Webster, who has been appointed Master of the Rolls, has been raised to the peerage. Sir Robert Einlay has been appointed Attorney-General, and is succeeded as Solicitor-General by Mr. Carson, the member for Dublin University.
