At the Onehunga Police Court on Saturday, before Dr. W. R. Close-Erson, J.P., James Donaghy was brought up on remand and charged with shooting at James Brennan on Sunday, March 4 last, with intent to kill. On -Jhe application of Sergeant Greene, he was again remanded foi eight clear ihys. Brennan not having sufficiently recovered to enable him to givo evidence.
