THE NEW COMMANDS.
London, April 14. The Times states that Lord Roberts has rearranged the commands as follows: — Colonel Pole-Carew commands the Third Division, succeeding General Gatftcre. The division comprises Colonel Allen's 22nd Brigade and Major-General Knox's force. Sir Archibald Hunter commands the Eleventh Division, comprising Jingo Jones' Guards, LieutenantColonel L. Stephens' 18th Brigade, troops, and batteries.
