[BT TELEGRAM.—TRESS ASSOCIATION.] Duxedix, Friday. The Arbitration Court sat to-day, when die Seamen's Union dispute was considered, the Conciliation Board having failed to bring about an agreement. Mr. W. Belcher, secretary of tlio Seamen's Union, opened his case at great length, and, after evidence had been called, the case was adjourned till Wednesday. The Court proceeds to lvaitangata on Monday to inspect the mine and hear evidence there in the coal miners' dispute.
