[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Monday. The United Farmers' Co-operative Association pays 6 per cent, dividend on the capital, &nd 2 per cent bonus on the shareholders' purchases. ■ John Spann, a Finn, who was employed on the Waiwera, was found insensible on the railway line in Customhouse Quay on Saturday night. It has been ascertained to-day that his skull is fractured.' Spann can give do account of'the; accident, but looks as if he was knocked down by train, as the side 'of his head is abraded. ::
