REPLY TO LORD ROSEBERT'S SUGGESTION. By Telegraph-Preis Association-Copyright. London, May 8. Sin H. Campbell-Bannerman, the Leader of the Opposition in the Imperial Parliament, referring to Lord Rosebery's advice in regard to tho reconstruction of the Liberal party on the lines existing in 1885, condemned Lord Rosebery's repudiation of the Liberal policy in recent years. The newspaper, the Irish Independent, says 20 Irish Nationalist votes will not be given to the Liberals till the leaders of tho party have repudiated Lord Rosebery's recommendation.
