There will bo cause for apprehension until tho Chitral rolicfs have taken place. Tho Hadda Mullah should not bo confused with the Mad Fakir. Though a firebrand of considerable influence on the Peshawar frontier, lie has never developed the energy and enterprise of tho hero of tba attack on Malaknnd Camp. Tho Hadda Mullah lives in the Jarobi Valley, an oasis in tho Upper Mohmand country'; his homo was destroyed by the Mohmand field forco under Brigadier-General Sir E. R. Elles in 1897.
