COLLAPSE OF A BRIDGE.

TWO MEN INJURED, [BT telegram.— association.] Stratford, Monday. A large bridge at Brown and Co.'s sawmills collapsed this afternoon. It was used for a tramline for bringing logs to the mill. At the time of the accident, trucks with a huge log, drawn by five horses, were crossing, when the centre span fell in. Two men. Urry and Adams, the horses, trucks, and log, were all thrown into the river 30ft below. Urry's leg was injured, Adams received concussion of the brain, one horse was killed, two others injured, and the trucks were smashed up.
