CURE FOR LOCKJAW.
Paris, March It, ' Dft. liOTJS, the successor of M. Pastenr, laid before the Academy of Science to-day an account of his new process for the cure of lockjaw, hitherto considered an incurable disease. ✓ ' The remedy is the injection into the brain of Professor Behring's anti-tetanic serum. Experiments were tried on human beings recently, and brought about complete cures. Since then 25 other cases have been so treated, and in every case with complete success.
