THE DREYFUS CASE.
— <■ By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Paris, April 16. It is now stated that Colonel Freystaetts was authorised to make his recent statement testifying that Dreyfus was a traitor to Franco. Colonel Treystaetts was a member of the court-martial which tried Dreyfus, and recently declared that while the accused was ostensibly punished for writing the bordereau, ho was really punished for selling the plans of French fortresses.
