Berlin, January 26. THE American Government has complained to Baron von Bulow, the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, of the indignity to which Chief Justice Chambers was subjected in connection with the trouble in Samoa. It is also believed that America asked for the dismissal of the German Consul.
