By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright Brisbane, January 25. Two persons from Oxley picked out Burgess from a number of others as the man seen in the district about the time of Hill's murder. While the police were absent Burgess changed his position in line, and snatched a hat from the next man's head.
