IMPORTED BY A DOCTOR. ' TO BE SEIZED BY THE CUSTOMS. By Telegraph.-Press Association.—Copyright. Melbourne, November 11. Tite Board <. Health has learned that a Wamambool doctor has imported bubonic plague germs from Colombo for experimental purposes. The Board sent an officer to secure the destruction of the germs. The doctor refused, unless he was paid £300. A Customs detective has now been sent, and instructed to seize the matter, as the gelatine in which the germs were packed had not passed the Customs.
