[BY TELEGEAra.—rr.ESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Friday. At a meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union the question'of the visit of an English team was discussed. The New South Wales Union wrote that a team was coming next year, and stated that the expense of playing in tho four centres would be £400. It was decided to accept the terms offered by tho various unions, and to inform Canterbury and Otago that they could make tho same offer as Wellington and Auckland if they chose. It was also decided to inform tho >.ew South Wales Fnion that the New Zealand t.nion was willing to pay the whole expenses of the visiting team from and to Australia, and to give the New South Wales Onion 50 per cent, of thoir profits. It was decided to send tho Wellington-Canterbury Weal to the English Union.
