AUCKLAND EXHIBITION.
The Executive of the Auckland Industrial and Mining Exhibition met last evening at the office of Mi. W. E. Holmes, the secretary. Mr. Bart. Kent presided.
Military Tournament: The report of a sub-committee recommending that £178 prize-money bo awarded in the military tournament (two days) was adopted. Daily Bulletins: It was agreed tc call tenders for the right to issue daily programmes of events during the Exhibtion season.
Season Tickets: Mr. Nathan introduced 'the question of the privileges of season ticket-holders, and it was resolved that they should be entitled to free entry to the
'horal Hall, to ;ibout 20 entertainments.
only some 10 concerts, and the living chess and whist, which are very costly to the Executive, being charged for; holders to have the prior right of reserving therr seats for the latter. They will also have the very considerable privilege of entry to tho Kxhibition by a private turnstile, thus avoiding the crush; free entry to tho cycle track (grandstand extra); to the Rotonia, armament, and mineral courts. All season ticketholders should at once have their photograph* taken at the studio at the Exhibition, grounds (for mounting on the ticket to prevent transference), us no season ticketholder will be admitted unless his photograph be on the ticket. The photographs , will be taken free of all charge.
