THE CYCLISTS' ALLIANCE.
[BY TELEGEArit.— ASSOCIATION.] CimiSTCHimcn, Thursday. At a general meeting of delegates to the New Zealand Cyclists' Alliance to-night, it was deoided, by four votes to three, to remove tho headquarters to Wellington. This step was rendered necessary by tho action of the Pioneer Olub in joining the League of New Zealand Wheelmen, thus leaving no Alliance club in Christchurch.
