THE TAX ON COMMERCIAL IRAVELLERS.
REQUEST FOR A REFUND, [by telegraph.—press association). Wellington, Wednesday. The commercial travellers who paid the £50 tax last year have appealed to the Government to refund one-third of tho amount, as the tax was paid in April and repealed in December. The Government refused, and it is now stated that the travellers intend to test) their case in tho Court. ■
