Press Association,— TeleOTpn.— London, December 17. At the New Zealand and River Plate Land Mortgage Company meeting a further dividend of :3| per cent, was declared. 'The. profits amounted to £22,876, The sum of £1062 was added to reserve, and £1583 carried forward to next year's acoount.
