HuxUble v. E. Hume, £2, costs Ills; A. Aley v. \V. Canon, £3 4s, costs ss. FOR SERVICES RENDERED. Francis P. Cahill v. Thomas Edward Fitzgerald and Andrew McLeod: In this case the plaintiff sought to recover £19 16s 6d for services rendered in connection with Alley's Freehold and moneys paid on accouut of defendants. Mr. J. R. Reed appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. Jackson Palmer fot defendant Fitzgerald, McLeod not disputing the claim but confessing liability for the sum of £19 16s 6d and costs £1 5s 3d. After hearing the evidence of both parties to the dispute and witnesses on either side, His Worship struck out the item of £11 12s, which he held that plaintiff was not entitled to, it being involved in a case in which the plaintiff was a witness for McLeod against the defendant Fitzgerald, and reserved judgment on the balance until Friday afternoon at 2.30,
