GERMANY AND CHINA.
ATTITUDE OF RUSSIA. Press Association,—Electric Telegraph,— Berlin, December 13. The second squadron which Germany intends to despatch to Kaio-chau calls at Plymouth to enable Prince Henry of Prussia to visit the Queen, St, Petersburg, December 14. The Russian press is profoundly suspicious of Germany's action in China, but the Russian Government appears to be impassive in the matter.
