The first outbreak was in Routh's printing establishment in Feathorstonstreet, but the flames were subdued before much damage was done. The building, which is owned by Mr. Routh, and insured in the London, Liverpool, and Globe, and Victoria for £800, was damaged to the extent of £30, while'the stock, which is insured for £600 in the same offices, suffered to a like extent, i.
