To-night a recumbent marble statue of the late Bishop Harper, of Chriatoburch, was unveiled before a large congregation in the Cathedral,. by his son,; Canon' Harper, and Mr. Henry Slater, the chancellor of the diocese, Bishop, Julius gave an address. The statue is by •F. J. Williamson, of Esher, Surrey, and is a striking likeness and a fine artistio work. . ..... i ■
