! CHARGES OF MALADMINISTRATION [ll TELKGRAPH,— ASSOCIATION,] Chbistohdroh, Monday. At & well attsnded meeting of women held at (be Ark Gallery last night, resolutions were passed censuring the management of. Herrick's Home by the «ecretary of the Charitable Aid Board, and declaring that women should be on the Board; also that secretaries of hospital and charitable aid boards, paid by the public, should resign every three yean, as long tenure of these appointments made them callous. The Mayor of Christchurch will be requested to call a public meeting at an early date to go into the whole question of the maladministration of charitable aid. .
