New Zealand Herald Office, Monday evening, Af Messrs. Samuel Cochrane and Son's auction rooms to-day, laud at' Papatoitoi and Raglan and a cottage in ' Sale-street were offered for sale. The cottage and allotment, with 26ft Bin to Sale-street by 60ft deep, was sold for £170. The land at Papatoitoi consisting of 22} acres, fenced and improved, with cottage and outbuildings, was disposed of for £820. For 150 acres of land at Whaingaroa, Raglan, 10a per aore was the highest offer, the land being sold at that figure. There was a good attendance of the public. - LONDON.
