Chaiibeblain, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said that when the Government had decided upon the future administration of British South Africa, they could submit their views to Sir Alfred Milner, Governor of Cape Colony, and through him to the Governments of the Cape and Natal, At the same time the Government would invite questions from these colonies.
