VALIDATION COURT.
Exparto Ransfield; This was an appeal to determine whether the Court had power to declare a conveyance to a native was alienable after 21 yearß with the conscnb of bhe Governor. The Court of Appeal now said the Validation Court had full power of assuming the transaction was fair and honest and for lawful consideration.
