Parse, re-elected; D. of C, Worshipful Brother 11. J. Gnynne, P.M., ' re-elected ; Secretary, Worshipful Brother R. J. Gwynne, KM.; i). of C. Worshipful Brother W. ])ey, P.M., P.S.C.D.; Organist, Worshipful Brother G. F. E. Edgecumbe-, S.D., Brother D. T.oss; J.D., Brother A. H. Atkinson ; 1.G., Brothero. Day; S.S., Brother A. S. Brewis; J.S., Brother M. A. Going; Tyler, Brother ii Newton, As soon as the ceremony of installation was orer the brethren adjourned to the volunteer hall, where thl ball was opened shortly after nine o'clock. The hail was handsomely decorated for tin occasion. The decorations, which were , purely of a Masonic character, were carried out under the supervision of Brother A. • Swarbrick. The floor was in splendid order for dancing, and Ihe large numbers present from all parts of the district spoke in high; ess praise of all the appointments. Tht music was supplied by Mr. T. Hartley, piano; Mr. Wallett, violin ; Mr. J. Munro, cornet; Mr. B. Munro, double bass; and Mr. Stewart, clarionet. The catering for the supper, in the hands of Mr. J. T. Home, gave entire satisfaction. Altogethei) the Maaouic ball of 1597 was pronounced on all sides as the best of its kind that had ever been held in the Waikato.
