Ottawa, May 26. In the House o£ Commons, Mr. Feilding, Minister of Finance, proposed that Canada should extend the reciprocal tariff to any country entitled to it under treaty with Britain. He, however, expressed the belief that neither Germany nor Belgium were entitled to preferential treatment.
