[BY miOBAPH.— I'RESS ASSOOIATIOX.] Wellington, Thursday. The report of tho Benevolent Trustees deals seriatim with the charges made by Mrs. Grace Neill of maladministration of charity, and it denies them in fcoto. The trustees do not consider Mr?. Neill'e essay on charitable aid as of high value.
