Press Association.— Telegraph.—Copjri|Uti Capetown, May 26, Resolutions are to be moved in the Cape Legislative Assembly by Mr. Rose Innes, that Sir Gordon Sprigg be requested to arrange with the Imperial authorities the basis of the contribution by Cape Colony to the Navy.
