THE RECORD REIGN.

[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] Invercarqill, Wednesday. A meeting of citizens to-night resolved to make the building of s \ wing to the Southland Hospital the central feature of the Record Reign celebrations. A committee was also appointed to deliberate and report on some popular form of marking the occasion. The Hospital proposal is being vigorously takon up, and several large subscriptions have beep received, the total to date being £353, without a canvass of the country.
