DISORDERLY SCHOOL COMMITTEE ELECTION.
[by telegraph.— association.] Nelson, Monday, The Magistrate's Court was occupied all clay over the charges arising out of the fracas at the Motupiko School Committee election, when pick bandies were used. Mr. Evans, the schoolmaster, charged R. Thomson, R. Thomson, jun., and T. Quinney with assault, and R. Thomson, sen., charged R, Ellis with assault. The case will be continued to-morrow.
