BADLEY.-On April IS, at his residence, Otarjuhu, John, the beloved husband of Catherine Ridley and eldest son of the late .lames Kadley, we d 4'i years, after a long and painful illness borne with Christian fortitude. The funeral will leave for the Public Cemetery, tomorrow (Tuesday), at 3 p.m. Members of s.A. Invited lo attend. HOLMES. -On March 14, at Perth, W.A., accidentally drowned by the capsizing of a boat, Charles William, eldest son of the hie 0. W. and M. Holmes, and elearly-belnred brother of Mrs. T, Kobe*, of Maungatapere, Whangarei, aged 28 years. Deeply regretted by a large circle of friends. SINCI.AIII.-On the llth April, at Litchfieldstreet, Blenheim, Sibyl Geraldine, the fifth beloved dwhter of William and Sarah Mcßae Sinclair, ' agett 1 year and 1 month.
