[BY. TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Saturday. Information has been laid against Stephen Bosher, now in gaol, for the .alleged murder of Jones and his wife at Petone. Owing to the weak health of the accused's second wife, whom ho bigamously married, and who will be the principal witness against him, the case will nob come on till January 10th.
