Judgment was entered for the full amount claimed, with costs." T. FauIjDKB v. C. Kiso.-Claim, £1 12s, as sent, of a wttage., Judgment was given for plaintiff, with 6s costs. "■■.'•' J. Hand v. G. R. Plaintiff, the licensee of the Thames Hotel..claimed £4 15.8 from defendant for board and lodging. Judgment, was given for the amount claimed, for £4 15s. with costs 6s.- ' ■'•> " : -si Ckcil Holmes v. Mr. Plaintiff; an artist, claimed from defendant, a. boardpig-. housekeeper, at Hamilton, the return of a sample portrait, or its value, '£4''los; It appears that the picture was left at .'Mr. Hill's by one of plaintiffs travellers. Defendant said he did not like to deliver up the picture without an .order from the traveller. His Worship ordered defendant to give up the property, or pay its value.. ,
