TO THE EDITOR. ' Srn,-Our next-door' neighbours keen several dogs. They are very respectable people themselves, but their dogs are a public nuisance. At times one of them rends the air of silent night by incessant yapping with suon persistance that it wakes alfthe unfortunate members of our household who sleep .on that side of our abode, and many are the curses muttered by weary wakeful watchers while this infernal lap-dog concert proceeds.
