Henderson met Leggatt to-day, The Aucklunder after brilliant play secured both both wins, Bore« ham and Bruce had two slashing games, tha Oamam crack being victorious in both, Boreham is almost sure to win the champion' ship. He is in splendid fo: in, playing great); games. Wellington and Oamaru meet to-" morrow. The rooms will be crowded to sea these two players at their games. Kay, whs was coming up very strong went back to-day. He is certain of a prize. At a meeting to< day of the Draughts Association it was decided to hold the next tournament at Oamaru.
