London, February 19. Major Jameson, M.P. for West Clare, moved an amendment to the Address-in-Reply advocating the claim of the Christian Brothers'schools in Ireland.

Mr. Gerald Balfour said the Government expected to pass a Bill this session to meet the difficulty.

The amendment was withdrawn and the address adopted.
