ACTION AGAINST STUDENTS OF TRUTH TRUSTEES.
9 [BIT TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Christohorom, Wednesday. Action has been commenced in the Supremo Court by Thomas Wostaway against the trustees of the Students of Truth to recover £460, with £09 Interest, or to haro a mortgage executed over the Temple property. It is alleged that Westaway and soma other persons made advances in consideration of an agreement to give them a second mortgage over the Temple of Truth and half an acre of land, and that tho mortgago has nob been executed.
