[by telegraph.—press association,] Wellington, Tuesday. TnE body of tho man Main, who was drowned in the boat accident on Wednesday, was recovered in tho harbour to-day. The charge against Ellison of having procured an illegal operation was dismissed. The convict Brown declined to give evidence, bub was prepared to swear ho never performed an illegal operation on the girl Marshall.
