The Northern Co.'s steamer Waiotahi left for Tauranga and Opotiki last evening, Yesterday morning the brigantine Anthons sailed for the Kaipara to load timber for Fremantle, Western Australia. '1 lie barque Bells arrived at the Kaipara from this port yesterday. Yesterday morning the barques Acacia and Devonport both left Turun, Thames River, for Melbourne with timber cargoes shipped from Bagnall's Mill. Both vessels started with a fine fair wind, and as they are both in good trim, an excellent race across is anticipated. ' Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co. are in receipt of a cable stating that the steamer Anglian from this port arrived at Sydney at.B a.m. on Saturday. Yesterday the steamer Balmain left, the Kaipara for Melbourne with a cargo of timber. The steamer Mount Sirion left Wellington for Monte Video and London. Yesterday the barque William Manson left the anchorage at Limestone Island, Wlmligarei, for Sydney with a cargo of timber; but the wind being from the south she came to tut anchor again olf the black buov to await a fair wind. The barque Southern Belle arrived at Lyttelton from Newcastle yesterday. Yesterday the Iluddart-Parker steamer Tasmania left Port Chalmers for Northern ports. She is» due Sunday next, and proceeds oil !o Sydney oil Monday. The steamer Rangitiril left GiSborne for Wellington yesterday.
