SUNDAY TRADING,

[BY TBLIGIUFH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Napier, Monday. In the Magistrate's Court to-day Joseph Roulston, licensee of the Albion Hotel, was fined £2 and costs, and tho license endorsod, for Sunday trading. The defendant, six days previous to tho offence, sold out, bub the transfer had not been signed by the S.M., and though Roulston was absent in the country when the breach of the Act was committed, the Magistrate held him liable.
