Press Association. Telegraph.—Copyright. Sydnky, January 3i. The Cricket Counoil meets in Melbourne on February 8 to receive the report of the committee selected to chose the Australian cricket team. It is believed that the deleKates from all the colonies have grievances over the exclusion of certain players, and it is not improbable that a resolution will be carried referring the report back to the Committee for reconsideration. February 1, At a meeting of members of the Australian Cricket team, it was decided to ask the Cricket Counoil to increase the team to 14, and include Lyons, whose consent has been obtained. It is understood lihafc failing to secure a place in the team, Albert Trott will go to England as a professional. London, January 30. The Sportsman says the personnel-or the Australian team has oaused much adverse comment in England, and the absence of Albert Trott has been especially criticised,
