Nelicloff, the Russian Ambassador, pays frequent visits to the Palace in disguise, and alleges that numerous telegrams are passing between him and the Russian Government. The correspondent also states that M. Nelidofi has quarrelled with Sir P. Currie, the British Ambassador.
