Letters for registration should he presented and money orders procured at the post office an hour previous to the closing of the mails. Registration Fee.~Tbe registration fee is now threepence to all places. Letters bearing an additional single rate of postage as a late fee for places borond New Zealand, and one penny for places within New Zealand (except Thames, Paoroa, and Coromandel), may be posted 20 minutes after the time appointed for closing mails. Late letters are not received for mails closing at 5 pin. The New Zealand Postal and Telegraph Guide can now be procured. Price, single copies 6'd each; annual subscription, 29. Private letter boxes may now be secured on application at the chief clock's room. Feo for six month'. 10s; fee for twelve months, £1. Postage on Newspapers.-The public are reminded that it is necessary to WRiun newspapers for the United Kin .dom and foreign places.
