THE GOVERNORS VISIT TO TAURANGA.
[BY rELKGEAPfI.— CORRESPONDENT,] Tacranga, Friday. His Worship the Mayor (Mr. C. A. Clarke) ha? just received a telegram from the private secretary to His Excellency the Governor, that His Excellency and suite will reach Tauranga in the s.s. Hinemoaon the 9th inst., at ten o'clock, and remain here all day, and leave on the 10th, in the forenoon. His Worship is calling a meeting of citizens for Monday afternoon to arrange to give His Excellenoy a suitable reception, and the borough and county authorities will also be asked to lend their official assistance.
