Registration Fee.—The registration fee is now threepence to nil place.i. Letters bearing an additional single rato of postage as a late foe for places beyond New Zealand, ami one penny for places within New Zealand (except Thames, Paeroa, and Coroinamiel), may bo posted 20 minutes after the time appointed for closing mails. Late letters are not received for mails closing at 5 piu. The New Zealand Postal and Telegraph Guide can now he procured. Price, single copies Cd each; annual subscription, 2s. Private letter boxes may now be secured on application at the chief clck's room. Fee for six months, 103; fee for twelve months, £1. Postage on Newspapers.— The public are reminded that it is necessary to WKKiii newspapers for the United Kin dom and foreign pla-es.
